Everybody’s Reading is a 9 day festival encouraging people from all over Leicester to read, hear spoken word artists, poets, authors and community writes in venues across the city. It takes places in a wide range of venues from schools, places of worship to museums and cafes.

SDSA's Role

Everybody’s Reading is co-ordinated by the SDSA with support from our partners: Leicester City Council, Leicester Library Service, NUT, Simon Brown Distribution LTD and Leicester NHS Partnership Trust. 

Project Impact

Last year we welcomed around 5,000 people to reading events - this year we’re looking for even more great community events.
